Connecting Your Firebase Projects

Firelize currently supports adding projects using Service Account Keys only. Additional authentication methods are planned for future releases.

How Your Keys Are Stored

Your keys are stored securely on your device in an encrypted configuration file. To learn more about how Firelize handles security, please read the Security page.

Add a Project

To add a new project, follow these steps:

1. Open Settings by pressing CMD/CTRL + , and go to the Projects tab.
2. Generate a Service Account Key as a JSON file by clicking on Service Account Key.
3. Drag and drop the downloaded JSON file into the area.
4. After editing the Label (if needed) click Apply to add the project.
